💍 Case Study: For Good Times Events Website Redesign

Client Overview

For Good Times is a boutique event planning and design studio based in Switzerland, specializing in luxury weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings. Their team creates highly personalized celebrations with a refined sense of style. Their previous site, built on Wix, no longer reflected the caliber of their work or brand.

The Challenge

The goal was to completely redesign and rebuild the website, moving to WordPress to support a fresh brand identity, enhanced usability, and long-term scalability.

  • Migrate the website from Wix to WordPress
  • Incorporate updated branding and social media presence
  • Allow the client to easily manage content updates
  • Fix broken portfolio and contact page functionality

Our Solution

We delivered a custom WordPress website with a clean, modern design tailored to For Good Times’ aesthetic. Our design phase began with Figma mockups, covering:

  • Homepage (light and dark versions)
  • Gallery
  • Services (Weddings, Social Events, Corporate Events)
  • Contact
  • Baptisms, Private Parties, Special Events

We incorporated detailed client feedback to revise layout, remove unnecessary sections, and fine-tune mobile responsiveness.

Development Highlights

  • Embedded Instagram feed linked to @forgoodtimes_events
  • Updated business info, phone, and contact form with custom fields (e.g., event date)
  • Configured SMTP for branded email sending
  • Organized Social Events into Baptism, Events, and Private Party categories
  • Ensured all sub-pages and portfolio sections were functional and editable

Timeline & Collaboration

The full project was delivered in 8 to 10 weeks. We worked closely with Ioanna Psalti, providing regular updates and staging links throughout the process to ensure all revisions were addressed and aligned with her vision.

The Outcome

The new For Good Times website captures the elegance and creativity of the brand. With improved usability, a polished portfolio, and easier internal content management, the site now reflects the professional quality of their events—and is fully ready to scale with them.
