Do you offer ongoing IT support or one-off projects?
Both. Most work starts as a project — a server setup, a Microsoft 365 migration, a security audit — and many clients move to an ongoing support or Safeguard retainer once things are running.
Can you migrate us to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace without downtime?
Yes. We plan migrations carefully — mailboxes, files, and DNS cutover — so your team keeps working and no email or data is lost.
What does a security audit include?
A non-destructive review of your servers, network, accounts, and (optionally) websites/apps, resulting in a prioritized findings report with clear, fixed-scope remediation. It’s the same approach we used to harden our own stack.
Do you work with businesses outside Montreal?
Yes — we serve clients across North America and Europe. Most infrastructure, email, and security work is done remotely, with on-site arranged when needed.
